The TPA was notified of thirty-five bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. These changes were made and a new file was distributed today, April 25, 2013. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these thirty-five records, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 04/25/2013. In addition to the thirty-five bank account changes, other fields were changed in the file which would also cause the EFT Effective Date column to change.
